Property details on this website, including descriptions, measurements, features and photographs, come from vendors and other sources we believe to be reliable. We take care to get them right, but we can’t guarantee they are accurate or complete, and they may change without notice.

Where this website shows a price guide, the Statement of Information for that property is the authoritative source. Ask us for a copy at any time.
Properties can be sold, withdrawn or changed at any time, and this website may take some time to catch up.
Sold results, figures and awards
Sold results, and figures such as total sales, homes sold and days on market, come from our own sales records. Ratings and reviews come from realestate.com.au, and awards are shown as issued by the organisations named. Each is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time it is shown.
Past results are not a guarantee or a prediction of what any property will achieve.
Appraisals
An appraisal is Rohin’s professional opinion of the price a property is likely to sell for, based on recent comparable sales and market conditions at the time. It is not a valuation by a certified practising valuer, and must not be relied on for lending, legal, tax, family law or insurance purposes. The price a property actually sells for may differ.
